A visit to Kohler Waters Spa is your time for personal well-being. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time for check-in, changing, and relaxing in our serene environment.

 

 

DIGITAL MINDFULNESS

Kohler Waters Spa is a digital free space and we invite you to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with the essential elements of life. In your locker, you'll find a designated location to tuck away your digital devices for the duration of your journey with us. 

 

 

SPA APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Demand for spa services is high, especially on weekends and holidays. We highly recommend appointments be made several weeks in advance of your desired date and time. Resort guests are encouraged to make spa appointments at the time lodging is reserved.

 

 

WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

We strive to ensure that guests have a five-star experience which includes ample space to sit and enjoy the spa’s relaxation areas without overcrowding. Our weekend and holiday minimum service requirements assist us in optimizing guest flow on our busiest days.

 

GUEST-SPECIFIC POLICIES

THE AMERICAN CLUB ® AND INN ON WOODLAKE GUESTS

• Weekdays (Monday–Thursday): Guests are required to purchase one 50- or 80-minute spa service per person per day. If guest count allows, access passes may be available for purchase.

• Fridays and Sundays: Guests are required to purchase one 50- or 80-minute spa service per person per day.

• Saturdays: Use of spa amenities on Saturdays and holidays requires the purchase of two 50- or 80-minute services per person per day.

 

CARRIAGE HOUSE GUESTS AND RIVERBEND MEMBERS/GUESTS

Complimentary spa access after 4pm on day of check-in to noon checkout.

• Weekdays (Monday–Thursday): No minimum service requirement.

• Weekends (Friday–Sunday) and Holidays: Purchase at least one 50- or 80-minute spa service per person to enjoy the spa amenities.

NONHOTEL GUESTS

Must purchase one 50- or 80-minute spa service per person Sunday through Friday.

Saturdays & Holiday Access: Hotel stay is required to use the spa on Saturdays and holidays.

  • July 4–6
  • August 29 – September 2
  • October 10–13
  • November 27–30
  • December 19, 2025 – January 4, 2026
  • January 16–19, 2026
  • February 13–16, 2026

 

Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holiday pricing is $30 higher per service.

 

YEARLY MAINTENANCE CLOSURE

To ensure the highest level of service and relaxation, Kohler Waters Spa will be closed for annual maintenance from April 14–17, 2025. 


SPA ETIQUETTE
Kohler Waters Spa believes in maintaining a safe, friendly, and quiet environment for both our spa guests and staff. For this reason, talking on cell phones and use of phone cameras in the locker rooms, treatment rooms, and relaxation areas is prohibited.


Please remember that all Kohler Waters Spa therapists and other staff are experienced professionals here to provide you the highest level of service. We ask that in return you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating. It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment. Failure to act in accordance with spa etiquette may result in removal from the property and future services may be refused.

 

 

AGE REQUIREMENT
All guests must be at least 16 years of age.

 

 

CARRIAGE HOUSE GUEST ROOMS
Guest rooms are conveniently located above Kohler Waters Spa. Room amenities include use of Kohler Waters Spa based on seasonal policies, continental breakfast, private guest check-in, and concierge services as well as afternoon and evening refreshments. Guests of the Carriage House are encouraged to change into their robes in the comfort of their rooms prior to their visit to the spa. Please leave all personal items in your room.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS / LATE ARRIVALS
As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full service rate charged to your account. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment, if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled.

 

 

GRATUITY
For your convenience, a 20% service gratuity will be added automatically to service fees at check-in and can be adjusted at any time.  No additional gratuities are expected or necessary. The service gratuity is comprised of a 16% gratuity and 4% service fee.

 


GROUPS / WEDDINGS

We welcome groups Monday-Thursday. For a group of five or more desiring spa services and activities, please contact the Kohler Waters Spa Group Coordinator at 920-453-2845. Some date restrictions apply.

 

 

RETURN POLICY
Spa products may be exchanged or credit will be given in the form of a gift card within 30 days of purchase.
