CRAFT YOUR FLAVOR: HANDS-ON BBQ RUB WORKSHOP
9–10:30am | Bay de Noc at The American Club

Join Chef Ted Stay for an interactive, hands-on demonstration exploring the cuts of beef ideal to use when grilling or cooking over a live fire. Guided by Chef Ted, you’ll craft your own custom BBQ rubs and spice mixes, creating three unique blends to elevate your at-home grilling. Recipes, ingredients, and take-home containers will be provided, so you can bring the day’s flavors back with you.

THE PERFECT PAIRING: WINE & PROTEIN TASTING EXPERIENCE

A FLAVORFUL FINALE: RECEPTION & FOUR-COURSE DINNER

6:30pm Reception, 7pm Dinner | Kohler Experiential Learning Center

Savor an evening of elevated flavors and warm company as the day culminates with a reception and four-course dinner. Begin with a seasonal salad of sage-roasted pears and apples, followed by braised chicken thighs atop a citrus-dressed bitter greens salad. For the main course, enjoy smoked beef short plate with brûléed sweet potato mash and charred leek butter. Conclude the evening on a high note with the Bourbon Lemon Smoke Bomb — a bold and unexpected sweet finale to this unforgettable culinary experience.
